Welcome to The Energy Shift! ✨ An ancient Japanese energy healing modality, with known increasing evidence supporting it’s health benefits. Reiki translates to “ universal energy”. The practice is based on the belief that an attuned reiki practitioner transfers this energy into the client to facilitate balance and healing. As a registered nurse with over 25 years of experience, specializing in infertility, women’s health and orthopedic pain management, I have always valued the benefits of holistic healing modalities. They are an integral part of any health and wellness routine. I became reiki certified in 2021 as a result of the profound, positive impact reiki gifted me in my own personal experience with it. I vowed to pay that forward, in the hope that others may experience such benefits as well.
